If you're having trouble accessing your account due to a forgotten password, don't worry - we've got you covered! Below, you'll find all the steps necessary to reset your password and regain access to your account.
- Open the Aluna App
- Tab "Login"
- Click on the option that says "forgot password."
- Enter your Aluna Account email on the next page
- Tap Submit
- Retrieve the verification code from your Aluna email inbox
- Look for the message: "Reset Your Aluna Account Password."
- If you can't find it, check your junk/spam folder
- Once you know the verification code, return it to the Aluna app and enter it in the Verification Code box.
- In the section Create your New Password, enter and confirm a new password by entering it again.
- The new password must contain at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, and one number.
- EX: Password1
- Tap Reset Password at the bottom of the screen
- Log in with the new password
