Sometimes, you may encounter a "processing your data" message. When the app detects a weak network connection, it will display a progress page while it works to transmit your data through the cloud to the dashboard and back to the app. This is a normal and expected part of the app's functionality.
To ensure a successful reading, it is best to be in an area with strong internet connectivity, preferably WIFI. If you are already in a good spot, try toggling your connectivity or switching between WIFI and cellular data. Otherwise, you may need to try again later when the signal is stronger.
