Press the button as prompted to pair your Aluna device with the app. Once paired, the light will turn blue, indicating a successful connection. However, if the light remains green and then turns off, there may be an issue with the pairing process.
Here are some simple steps to help you easily move past the connection screen.
Reset Aluna Spirometer
- Turn OFF your phone's Bluetooth (settings)
- Place your spirometer on a flat surface
- Reset the Device
- Press 10x on the spirometer button
- The Aluna light should flash red, then turn off
- Open the app
- Turn ON your phone's Bluetooth
- Tap 'Test My Lungs' and try and complete a session
Reinstall the App
- Uninstall the Aluna App
- Reinstall from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store
- Log in
- Tap 'Test My Lungs' and try and complete a session
- Approve requests for "location."
- Approve "Bluetooth" request or "Nearby Devices"
Try a second Phone or Tablet
- Install the Aluna App on a 2nd phone
- Log in to your account
- Tap 'Test My Lungs' and try and complete a session
- Approve Requests for "location."
- Approve Request for "Bluetooth Connection"

Disconnect other Bluetooth devices
