When you pair your phone with Aluna, the device displays a blue light that remains on until the test is complete. However, there may be instances when the device gets stuck on the calibration page and needs help to proceed. But don't worry; there are ways to help you move past the calibration page, regardless of whether you use an Android or iOS phone.
Note: If the light remains green and turns off, Bluetooth pairing may have an issue. Please see the article: Troubleshooting Connection Issues.

Android Troubleshooting
Specific permissions must be granted during installation to use the Aluna Spirometer through the Aluna App. If these permissions are not given, you might experience difficulties attempting to complete a spirometry test. However, you don't need to worry, as you can manually enable the required permissions from your Android settings to make sure you use the Aluna Spirometer. Please see the article: Android Permission Settings for the Aluna App
Interference from other Bluetooth Devices
When taking a reading, it's recommended that you disconnect other Bluetooth devices to ensure a clean and uninterrupted connection. If you have other paired devices, such as a smartwatch, hearing aids, or Bluetooth audio device, you may not be able to proceed past the calibration page. Please see the article: Disconnect other Bluetooth devices.
