- The Aluna light will flash red, then turn off
- Open the app

Allow the Battery to Drain
If your device's light is still not turning off, here's how to fix it. First, allow the battery to drain completely, which will happen quickly if the light is on. It should take only a day or so. Then, plug in the cable and let the device charge for around two hours before attempting to connect again. This should help resolve the issue and get your device back to working normally.
