If you are experiencing difficulty receiving our password reset emails, don't fret. Filters often label our emails as spam or junk, so be sure to always check your spam or junk folder. This will ensure that you get all important updates from us.
Before attempting to reset your password, please try these steps
- Add hello@alunacare.com to your email contacts
- Ensure your spam filters are not marking our emails as spam
Below are the complete steps needed to reset your password
- Open the Aluna App
- Tab "Login"
- Click on the option that says "forgot password"
- Enter your Aluna Account email on the next page
- Tap Submit
- Retrieve the verification code from your Aluna email inbox
- Look for the message: "Reset Your Aluna Account Password."
- If you can't find it, check your junk/spam folder
- Once you know the verification code, return it to the Aluna app and enter it in the Verification Code box.
- In the section Create your New Password, enter and confirm a new password by entering it again.
- The new password must contain at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, and one number.
- EX: Password1
- Tap Reset Password at the bottom of the screen
- Log in with the new password
