If you happen to have an unresponsive device, please ensure it is charged. You can check the charging status by pressing the button; if the light turns green, the device has power. If the device is not charged, please connect the provided USB cable to the port on the Aluna and charge it for about an hour.
- Connect the provided USB cable to the port on the Aluna.
- Connect the cable to a power source.
- The LED light on the Aluna will turn red when charging.
- Make sure that Aluna is not being charged while you attempt to connect with it
If the light fails to turn on, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
- Connect the provided USB cable to a different charging adapter (cube).
- Ensure the cable attaches snuggly to the Aluna Device.
- Please let us know if you suspect, there may be damage to the charging port.

- Connect the charging adapter to different outlets.
- Connect a secondary micro USB cable to your device.
App Battery Percentage Feature
The battery percentage feature can be unreliable at times, especially when the device is charging. It updates only after the device has been connected and a spirometry test has been completed. If you haven't completed a test since charging, please take another test and check the percentage again.
