Aluna will accept a returned device for refund within the first 30 days if the package is unopened and the device is unused. Simply enter a request to: support@alunacare.com.
Please note: If we don’t receive your Aluna device, we will not process a refund.
If your Aluna device is defective in some way, please refer to our warranty terms and how to return a device under warranty here. Aluna will send you a label and pay for the return shipping.
The Aluna TM device is a single user device. It cannot be re-purposed or reused. Aluna is unable to issue refunds or exchanges for used devices or damaged devices that are not covered under the terms of our warranty.
