If your Aluna device has any warranty-covered defects within the first year, we will replace it with a new one. To be reminded of the terms of our warranty, please visit this article.
To initiate your return:
- First, let’s troubleshoot any issues —email us at support@alunacare.com and let us know the details of what is going on with your device.
- If we find that your item is indeed in need of replacement, we will ship you a replacement Aluna device at no cost to you.
- We will ask you to send us back your original Aluna as quickly as possible, ideally with the original packaging, if you still have it.
- Aluna will pay for the return shipping.
- Please note: If we don’t receive your defective Aluna back, or find you have done something to void the warranty - like get it wet for example - we will charge your credit card the full $349 for the replacement Aluna.
