Originally, Aluna required the use of an email that was linked to the person who purchased the Aluna device. As of the new releases on November 24, 2020, a user can create the account with any email they choose.
If you have not yet logged into Aluna, then there are two ways you can proceed after the new release.
When you reach the account creation or login page:
I want to use the email I used to purchase Aluna:
1. Click Login
2. It will ask you for your password.
3. If you have not created a password yet, then click forget password.
4. You will receive a 6 digit code in your email from Aluna that will allow you to reset a password.
NOTE: If you did create a password and can recall it, you can use it.
I want to use a different email:
If you do not want to use the email that was used to purchase the account, then click on Create Account and follow the steps as outlined in this article.
