The notification below will appear if you've already used your spirometer with a different Pilot. Your Aluna device can only be paired with one pilot. Much like a toothbrush, your spirometer should not be shared with other mouths.
First, check that you are using the correct Pilot to perform spirometry.
- Open the Aluna app
- Click the profile icon on the bottom left of the home screen
- Tap 'Pilots'
- Select your Pilot
- Click 'Update'
- Now your Pilot is activated
If you are still receiving the same notification, that means the spirometer you're trying to use belongs to someone else. You can only have one device associated with each pilot (user).
