If you purchased Aluna ("the Device") on our website at alunacare.com, Aluna warrants to you only (the “Original Purchaser”) that your Aluna device will be free in all significant respects from defects in materials and workmanship.
Aluna will replace your Device for one year from the date of purchase if you experience any manufacturing defects that result in the Device being inoperable or unable to connect to your mobile phone and sync with the Aluna app.
This Limited Warranty applies only to devices manufactured by or for Aluna that can be identified by the “Aluna” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it and that are sold by Core to Original Purchasers on the alunacare.com website. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Aluna products and services other than the Devices, (b) consumables (such as batteries), or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with a Device or embedded in a Device. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions Agreement for details of your rights with respect to the use of Aluna's services and software relating to the Device.
Aluna does not warrant that the operations of the Device will be uninterrupted or error-free. Aluna is not responsible for damages arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Device’s use.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by use with non-Aluna products; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, spillage of food or liquid or other external causes; (c) damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Aluna or with improper voltage or power supply; (d) damage to the Device caused by failure to follow instructions related to the Device’s use; (e) damage caused by alterations, modifications, or service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Aluna; (f) cosmetic damage to the Device, including but not limited to scratches or dents; (g) defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, stains, scratches, dents on the casing of the Device; (h) recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data; or (i) if Aluna is dropped repeatedly or from an excessive height.
