One of the measurements we collect is Forced Expired Volume over 1 second percent predicted (FEV1%). This measured how much air you can exhale from your lungs in 1 second. The number is a percentage of normal. A lower number likely means your lungs are having more trouble breathing normally. After using Aluna for a few days, you'll be able to get a sense of your baseline. Knowing how your numbers fluctuate from your baseline is more important that the number itself.
Tip: If you breathe in more air before the test, you'll have a greater likelihood of a higher number!
